Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CT) may not ship until the next business day.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout on qualifying orders of $99 or more (before tax, within the contiguous United States).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view tracking details anytime under My Account → Orders.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the destination country.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
