Fit Guide

A properly fitted hat should sit comfortably about 1/8 inch above your ears and feel snug — not tight. Follow the steps below to find your size.

How to Measure

  1. Using a flexible measuring tape (or a string and ruler), measure the circumference of your head.
  2. Position the tape about 1/8 inch (1 cm) above the top of your ears, across the mid-forehead, and around the widest part of the back of your head.
  3. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug. Measure twice to confirm.
  4. Match your measurement to the size chart below. If you fall between sizes, order the larger size.

Fit Tips

  • Snug, not tight: Your hat should stay put when you shake your head gently, without leaving a mark on your forehead.
  • Break-in period: Felt and leather hats soften and conform to your head over time.
  • Sizing inserts: If your hat feels slightly loose, foam sizing tape behind the sweatband can fine-tune the fit.
