30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your hat. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and free of damage, odors, and makeup.
- Original tags and packaging must be included.
- Final sale items (as marked) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to My Account and locate the order, or contact us with your order number.
- Our team will provide return instructions and a return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Exchanges are free for domestic orders — we will cover the return shipping on your first exchange. Check our Fit Guide to find your perfect size.
